My Niece just danced in her first pow wow!! My sister asked me to make her regalia, which i gladly did.

i made the dress and added hello kitty ribbon,  apron, shawl, and made and beaded her mocassins and barrette.

She did a good job , I'm so proud of her!!

Hello again!! Today has been quite hectic. First day of summer school, I'm rushing to find my class (of course at the last minute) and as soon as I sit down, my soda fizzes ALL over me! It was icky and sticky  ugh!  Anyways, here are some pics of my beadwork. I had made the majority of the barrettes awhile ago with size 10 beads. Since then I have upgraded to 13 cut! Fantastic! See if you can spot the one with 13 cut beads =)  Also, here are a few pursed I made.

It's been a busy week! As well as it should be! I start summer school next week so I need to get moving with my business x_X. I made a huge huge cupcake with hearts made of felt!!  I've also created a few amigurumi with my characters. I'm quite pleased with them actually! I know it's been awhile... What can I say, this semester really killed me! Well, not physically, but definitely emotionally! Never have I been so drained and frustrated. I can only hope that summer school will bring about a new outlook on school. I truly believe that my new major is the right one. It brings about very hard challenges, but I am becoming more and more doubtful of myself. Needless to say, my creative side has taken a nap. I've made two purses since school has been out. Ugh! I need to pick up the pace....

This Poodle's got attitude, spunk and a kick a** sweater to show off her wild side. Knit on size 7 and 8 needles. I got the pattern from "Stitch and Bitch Nation" in a size small. I added on a black skull and crossbones design that was requested by Miss Bubbles' mom. It coordinates wonderfully with her black fur.

Today went by too fast! I guess it's probably due to me being so busy. Normally I work six days a week, so I always treasure my one day off =).  I made some pouches yesterday. I'm really excited about them all. I really hope they sell. It seems like the harder I try the less sales I make. Anyway, here are some pics of them; Steve the cupcake, Walter the nerdy pear, Loois the bird, Dave the cloud, Jerry the green apple, Frank the mushroom, Gary the red apple and my favorite, Lenny the popsicle. I actually made a whole series of Lennys  lol. They were a big hit in the summer of 07. I will be working on some headbands, hairclip etc. Any and everything spring related =)
